DTK-08 is a single board Advance Digital Electronics Trainer Kit which is widely used to train engineers to develop/ Study hardware for any digital integrated circuit in laboratory. This board having logic inputs, output indicator LED’s, Logic pulser, Clock Generator, Potentiometer, Relay, Seven segment display, CPLD Device, General purpose Breadboard, DC Supplies for experimenting the digital techniques. In this board all interfacing between onboard source & breadboard are done by patch chords.
Indicators - 10 TTL/CMOS Logic Level Inputs for logic low and logic high. - 16 LED for output indication. - TTL/CMOS selectable through POT. Clock Generator - Fixed Clock generation of 1Hz, 10Hz, 100Hz, 1 KHz, 10 KHz, 100 KHz and 1 MHZ Logic Probe - Logic Probe facility provided with LED indicator and Seven Segment Display to indicate Logic High, Low & Tri-state Pulse Generator - Two nos. of Logic Pulsar provides single pole double throw bounce less pulses of Low to High and High to Low transitions with LED indicator. CPLD Xilinx XC9572 - On Board CPLD XC9572 PLCC 44 Pin device - All CPLD I/O are provided in 2mm banana connector. - On Board USB JTAG for configuring the device. Reset Key - On-board Reset Key Potentiometers - Variable potentiometers of 1KΩ &1MΩ provided on board Relay - Two no's of +12V SPDT Relay for Control application with termination on 2mm Banana Socket. Bread Board Area - Four Distribution Strip of 100 tie points each totaling 400 tie points. - Two Terminal Strip of 630 tie points totaling 1260 tie points Display - Four no's of BCD to Seven Segment Decoder Display. Input terminations of Displays on 2mm Banana sockets Power Supplies - Fixed DC Power Supply: +5V/2A, ±12V/1A. - Variable DC Power supply of 0 to +15V. Interconnections - All interconnections are made using 2mm banana Patch cords. All ICS are mounted on IC Sockets. Bare board Tested Glass Epoxy SMOBC PCB is used.
